A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Returns + Exchanges:If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange your unworn merchandise within 7 days of item delivery. Items must be returned with original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.Final Sale:For hygienic purposes, all earrings will be final sale. All personalized jewelry is final sale. Any customization (sizing, chain length etc) to any style is considered a special order and is final sale.Repairs:Unfortunately we do not accept repairs. Cancellation:If you'd like to cancel or make changes to your order please email us within 24 hours of purchase. Our items are hand crafted to order therefore any cancellation requests after 24 hours will be denied, as we may have already started creating your item.
