One of the funniest stories that Louise (Hendon) has told me was about her friend who claimed that she couldn’t go on a Paleo diet because she liked cookies more than Louise!

Well, this is why we came up with this giant list of yummy Paleo cookie recipes, so that even if you love cookies, you can still enjoy the occasional cookie without ruining your diet.

One of the things I love about these Paleo cookie recipes is just how much variation there is. From chocolate to sugar cookies to samoa! Hopefully you’ll find at least one recipe that will become your new favorite, although personally I think it’s hard to go wrong with any of these delicious cookie recipes.

One word of caution though – try not to eat too many of these! While we believe that Paleo desserts can help people transition over to a Paleo diet, we don’t think they should be part of your regular meals. So, if you bake too many cookies, remember to share the goodness so you don’t end up eating them all.
